Refund Policy
Please be aware that because our soaps are handmade, they may naturally have slight imperfections but that is what makes them unique. If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know immediately via our email address hello@linaskincare.com. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Quote your name and order number when emailing us. If we accept your return, we will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
